To Russia with LOVE

Brothers and Sisters,

The time has come to travel to Masha's homeland and visit with the family. In years past the love of God has blessed us with unique challenges and many intense moments of God's intimacy with our hearts. This new year is quickly coming and we are blessed to have the funds to travel abroad. This is a personal missionary journey for Masha and I. Family is an institution that God created and has blessed. This world and culture does not view relationship and family in a correct way. Even in the church we can get caught up in impure views of where we are in our relationship with God and others. I have to stop and ask God, "Let me see others as You do." We desperately need to view others in light of how God sees us, according to His Word. In this manner we will understand our depraved minds, lost souls and a need for a Savior.

I ask for your prayers, for God's wisdom to fall upon us, for protection in a culture that is growing more hostile to God and America. Pray for God's provision when we return. Both of us are in need of jobs and health insurance.

Lord, you have provided and blessed so far, continue to strengthen my faith and establish my love for you and others. Amen
